Scottish cooking day I was planning, here are the details:
Date: TBA
Time: 10 AM we start cooking - dinner will be served at 6 PM.
What we will do: Bake bread from hand-ground grains, brew beer, smoke fish,
make venison pasties, braised rabbit in stout, cock-a-leekie soup, and
various vegetable dishes, plus whatever else.
